1. WHO WE ARE

This privacy policy applies to the AMBER WIND Android application provided under the legal business name AMBER WIND LTD, United Kingdom. For privacy questions contact dev@amberwind.store.

2. WHAT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

When you choose to prepare a garden-care request, the app processes the following information on your device:

Required information:

• Full name: identifies the person whose details appear in the prepared request.
• Email: dev@amberwind.store
• Property street address: identifies the property or site the request concerns.
• UK postcode: identifies the relevant UK postcode for the property.
• Property type (Home or Commercial): describes the site being considered.
• Selected garden-care service: records the care category you selected.
• Preferred date and time: records your scheduling preferences; they are not an accepted appointment.

Optional information:

• Email address: an additional contact detail if you choose to provide it.
• Notes: your free-text description of garden size, access, or care preferences. Please avoid entering sensitive information.
• Recurring-care preference: indicates whether you are interested in recurring maintenance.

The app also creates an internal random identifier and a timestamp for each prepared request, so you can review and delete records. Service IDs that you mark as favourites are saved on your device. Search queries and category filters are used to display relevant results in the app interface.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

The fields above are used to display a prepared request and, when you choose to save it, to maintain your request history on your device. Saved service IDs are used to show your favourites. No request is delivered to AMBER WIND LTD through this app and the app does not confirm, schedule, price or charge for garden-care work.

4. ON-DEVICE STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION

Saved request fields, associated identifiers and timestamps, and favourites are stored using Android SharedPreferences in the app's private storage. This application does not operate a customer account service, authentication backend, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, Firebase integration, in-app payment provider or server-side booking facility. The app does not transmit the entered request fields or saved favourites to AMBER WIND LTD or a booking server.

When internet access is available, the app may request public garden-care photographs from images.unsplash.com. Such image requests involve a connection to the image host, which may receive technical connection information such as your IP address, device/browser-related HTTP details and request timestamps under its own practices. These image requests do not contain the details typed into your service-request form. The app falls back to bundled category illustrations if online images are unavailable.

The Contact Us screen can open an external email application addressed to dev@amberwind.store when you tap OPEN EMAIL. Any message you write and send using that separate email application will be processed according to your chosen email provider's privacy terms; opening Contact Us alone does not transmit a request.

5. DEVICE PERMISSIONS AND DATA NOT USED

The app requests Android internet permission for optional garden photography. It does not request access to precise or approximate GPS location, camera, microphone, contacts, device photos, SMS, call logs or payment-card data. The current application does not request a user account or a password, and does not display ads.

6. SHARING AND SECURITY

The app does not share saved booking-request form entries with third parties from the app. Android's application sandbox restricts routine access to its private on-device storage; security also depends on the protection of your device. Requests to remote image hosts are subject to normal internet transport. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. HOW LONG INFORMATION IS KEPT

Locally saved service requests and favourites remain on your device until you delete an individual prepared request from My Requests, choose Clear my data in the app, or uninstall the app. The app is configured to exclude these SharedPreferences records from Android cloud-backup and device-transfer operations. Unsplash may have its own retention practices for image-server connection logs, which AMBER WIND LTD does not control.

8. YOUR CHOICES AND DELETION

You can browse the service catalogue without providing personal information. Entering a booking-request form is optional. Within the app you can delete individual saved requests and clear all saved requests and favourites using More > Clear my data (or the Privacy Policy data-clearing control). Uninstalling the application also removes its normal private local records. To ask a privacy question, email dev@amberwind.store.

9. CHILDREN

AMBER WIND is intended for general garden-care planning. It is not designed specifically for children, and it does not knowingly solicit children's personal information.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy if the app's features or data-handling practices change. The updated policy should be made available in the app and at the public privacy-policy webpage, with an updated date.
